What we can do

We produce punched parts, bent parts, punched bent parts, assemblies, drawn parts, and brackets, achieving optimal quality through our in-house design, toolmaking and production. We have reliable partners for special tasks.

Please send us a sketch, a draft, or a sample. With you we will develop an article that is suitable for production and can be made economically, if requested entirely finished, deburred, fully assembled, and with any desired surface.

Binsta Company History

  • 1968
    Founding of the company by H. Helmut Binczyk, with headquarters in Schalksmühle
  • 1971
    Move to Lüdenscheid
  • 1978
    Move within Lüdenscheid, since more space was again required
  • 1993
    The first son, Dipl. Ing. (FH) Heiko Binczyk, joined the company as Design Engineer
  • 1994
    The second son, Uwe Binczyk, followed and took over Production Management
  • 1996
    New construction of a company production hall and move to Freisenberg in Lüdenscheid
  • 1998
    The third son, Dipl. Ing. (FH) Jens Binczyk, followed his brothers and took over Quality Assurance
  • 1999
    Initial certification in accordance with DIN EN 9001
  • 2001
    New CNC machining centre for toolmaking
  • 2002
    New 200 t two-rod automatic stamping press for production
  • 2006
    An additional new machining centre for toolmaking
  • 2007
    New 100 t automatic stamping press for production
  • 2009
    315 t automatic stamping press for production, and new automatic measurement projector
  • 2013
    New 160 t automatic stamping press for production
  • 2014
    Transfer of the company to the three sons
  • 2014
    New wire-cut EDM machine for toolmaking
